HEIs

The general information for HEIs as regards the Polish Edu-Fair Nigeria (PEN), are as follows:

• DURATION:

The maiden edition of  is billed to for two days. However, extra days should be reserved for arrivals and departures of the representatives of the HEIs. 

• PARTICIPATION FEE: €2,450

Please note that the participation fee does not include international or domestic travel, accommodation or freight associated with exhibition materials.
The participation fee covers the following:
Venue Hire including security at the event
A stand with facia board, 1 table, 2 chairs, 
Media campaign: Electronic (e.g. internet, TV, etc) and Print (newspapers, posters, flyers, brochures, etc) advertisement. Exhibition assistants,
Internet access at venues

• SHIPPING EXHIBITION MATERIALS:

Designated shipping agents will be appointed to handle the exhibition materials of the participating HEIs. The cost of freight is settled by the HEI. 

• TRAVEL VISA:

An Irish national is required to possess a valid entry visa to Nigeria. It is the responsibility of the respective HEI to act accordingly, where necessary.
